SHIPPING Due to increased postage prices and packaging prices, there will be a shipping and handling fee of $.50 for each item ordered. Items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail to the US and Canada. Merchandise is also shipped Worldwide - insurance not available on these items. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment provided items are in stock. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete addresses. NOTE: Shipping options other than USPS, will be charged to the customer. UPS and FedEx ground add $10.00, these rates have really skyrocketed so USPS is the most cost effective shipping method.
SPECIAL ORDERS I am happy to work with you on special requests for a variance on my designs. Please bear in mind that each bead is handmade and therefore may vary slightly from those pictured.
GUARANTEE If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selection, please contact me within 10 business days to arrange for a return of the item and a refund (minus shipping costs).
